Nicolas Salomon
Before that, he was a founder of Bedrock Alternative Asset Management, a subsidiary of Bedrock Holding. He setup the middle-office activity and played an important role in the implementation of the investment strategy. Prior to that he worked at Cedar Partners a Single and funds of hedge funds firm in Geneva and was responsible for the middle-office activity.
He held a similar position at AIB/Mourant in Jersey and Bank of New-York in Ireland. He holds a MSc in Finance and MSc in Accounting. He is lecturer at the University of South-Brittany (France) on courses related to alternative investments. Nicolas was member of the Board of Directors of the AMFIE Bank in Luxembourg from 2013 to 2015.

Sihem Labbas
Sihem Labbas is Head of Benelux & French Speaking Regions at WisdomTree. Prior to the acquisition of ETF Securities, Sihem was Sales Director for Switzerland, France, Belgium, Monaco, and Luxembourg for the company, which she joined in 2011.
She started her career in convertible bonds at Credit Agricole CIB and later joined the equity derivatives sales desk at Barclays Capital. Sihem holds a master’s degree in Banking and Finance and graduated in Economics and Finance from the University Paris Dauphine in France.

Alexandre Amo
Alexandre Amo has been involved with InCircle since 2019 and is a member of its Strategic Board, where he helps shape the conference’s vision and impact. He contributes to strategic decisions on the agenda and themes, engages directly with speakers, and oversees the event’s visual identity. Beyond curating content, he designs and animates the visual experience, ensuring that InCircle’s conferences are both intellectually engaging and visually distinctive.
Since 2023, Alexandre has served as a Fund Analyst at Kepler Cheuvreux, assigned to the Trackinsight ETF Research & Selection team in Geneva. He specializes in fund research and selection, as well as fund manager due diligence. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management at the University of Geneva, he previously earned a Swiss Federal Maturité in Physics and Applied Mathematics with honours. His quantitative research on cryptocurrency ETPs was awarded the University of Geneva Prize in 2022.
Beyond finance, Alexandre has been practicing and studying cello at the Geneva Conservatory of Music since the age of four.

Lionel C. Johnson
Lionel C. Johnson became president of the Pacific Pension & Investment Institute in July 2014. His career spans more than four decades, during which he has been a leader in international business, public policy, and sustainable development. Johnson has served as senior vice president of the Initiative for Global Development, vice president of Turkey, Middle East, and North Africa Affairs at the Chamber of Commerce of the United States, and vice president of Public Affairs at Fleishman-Hillard.
Previously, Johnson served as vice president and director of International Government Affairs at Citigroup and deputy assistant secretary of the Treasury for International Development, Debt, and Environment Policy during the Clinton Administration. He was also a senior advisor on the U.S. International Affairs Budget to Secretary of State Warren Christopher and a member of the Department of State Policy Planning Staff. Additionally, Johnson was deputy director of the Clinton/Gore transition team at the Department of State.
As a member of the U.S. Foreign Service, Johnson served at U.S. embassies in Haiti, the Philippines, and Kenya. He was also special assistant to Secretaries of State George P. Shultz and James A. Baker III. Johnson was a senior program officer at the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs. He taught U.S. foreign policy and American politics at the City University of Manila in the Philippines and earned his B.A. in political science from Rutgers University in 1982.
In addition to serving the PPI Community, Johnson is a professor of Practice of International Relations at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. He is chairman of the board at Sudoc, a sustainable chemical start-up, and sits on the RAND Corporation and Oxfam America boards. Johnson has also served with distinction throughout his career on various other nonprofit boards.

James F. Apostol
James Apostol is vice president and chief operating officer of Pacific Pension & Investment Institute. He advances our mission through various operational and programmatic contributions and leads PPI’s engagement efforts with a global membership.
Before joining PPI, James was deputy director of Harvard Law School’s Program on International Financial Systems. He served in various leadership roles at Harvard Law School, convening thought leaders for dialogue on international financial systems and developing executive education programs for regulators of securities markets.
James holds a degree in literature from Boston University and an environmental management/sustainability degree from Harvard Extension School. He was a visiting fellow at the Center for Corporate Governance and Climate Change at the University of Chile, Santiago.

Fabrice Moore
Fabrice Moore has an extensive experience in Finance and risk management positions and has worked as member of the executive committee for a major European corporate and a Swiss institutional investor. He is currently head of HR statistics and monitoring tools at the State of Geneva. Fabrice has a strong interest for pension fund issues. He holds a master in actuarial sciences, is a chartered accountant (ICAEW and ACCA), a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Swiss authorised auditor.
